Wisconsin Go Hiking Club
The Wisconsin Go Hiking Club (WGHC) was organized in 1924. The purpose of the club is to “Promote health and good fellowship by hiking”. As the name implies, WGHC is primarily a hiking group but occasionally camping and other social events are offered. Since all events are planned and run by volunteers, the programs vary from year to year. Cost of events are equally shared by participants.
Hike distance and level of difficulty are at the discretion of hike leader but generally range from 2-8 miles. Consult the hikes calendar for more information.
You’re welcome to hike with us once or twice as a guest before becoming a member, in fact we encourage it.
